Welcome to iRisePro™, a digital platform designed to empower students, parents, and professionals through transformative learning experiences. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- “iRisePro,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the registered brand and platform operated by Vishvagra Contech And Edtech Solutions Private Limited.
- “User” refers to any student, parent, school, institution, or individual who accesses or uses our services.
- “Program” means any course, challenge, or offering delivered through iRisePro.
2. Eligibility
- Students under 18 must access the platform with consent from a parent/guardian or institution.
- Users agree to provide accurate and complete registration details.
- iRisePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misrepresentation or misuse.
3. Services Offered
iRisePro provides:
- Digital learning tasks and challenges (e.g., SanKaLP, CareerRise, CorpPro, Nurtura)
- Gamified tools (leaderboards, achievements, task streaks)
- Workshops, webinars, and content resources
- In-app communication and analytics features
iRisePro may update or remove features without prior notice to improve user experience.
4. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful, educational purposes
- Refrain from uploading harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
- Avoid attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse the system
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.
5. Payments and Fees
- All paid programs or services must be purchased through a payment gateway (e.g., RazorPay).
- Fees are displayed clearly before checkout and may vary depending on the program or offer.
- Users must ensure payment details are accurate. iRisePro is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party issues.
- Once payment is confirmed, access to the program will be activated immediately or within a reasonable time, in the rare cases of payment confirmation being delayed.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment, technical error).
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@irisepro.in within 7 days of payment.
- No refunds are provided for partially completed programs or user inactivity.
- iRisePro reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on internal review.

7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform — including videos, audio, tasks, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to iRisePro.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.
8. Data Privacy
- iRisePro complies with applicable Indian data protection laws.
- Personal data is collected only as necessary and handled securely.

9. Third-Party Services
- Payments are securely processed through a payment gateway. By using our services, you also agree to the payment gateway’s terms.
- We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by third-party services.
10. Termination
iRisePro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account for breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or false or fraudulent activity. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
- iRisePro is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the platform, including technical failures or third-party issues.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for services in question.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, India.
