Krishnaraja M Manjunath is the Founder & CEO of iRisePro Academy for Human Excellence. He is a former Chief of ETV Network and an ex-KAS Officer, who worked closely with two Chief Ministers of Karnataka.

Educated at the prestigious Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala in Mysore and holding a postgraduate degree in Zoology from the renowned University of Mysore, Krishnaraja M Manjunath chose different career paths. Born to a teacher mother and a wrestler father, he started his career as a lecturer in Zoology at the government degree college Krishnarajanagar, Mysore District, where he did his under-graduation.

Accidentally he entered the world of media, and was fascinated with the transformational power of the media and took it as his “karma” and devoted fully. He quickly rose through the ranks of India’s #1 Television News Network- ETV and worked directly under the guidance of media legend Sri Ramoji Rao.

His core belief is simple yet powerful: a “Supreme India” is built by “Happy Indians.” To pursue this dream, he gave up a promising civil services career and family comforts. Dedicating over 12 years, he invented and built the world’s first scientific, holistic, tangible, measurable human assessment and development program based on the revolutionary AACE64 ESSENTIAL ABILITIES FRAMEWORK and 7-Step Practical Educo-Psycho-Sociological Holistic Assessment, Tangible Transformation & Growth Path Protocol (PESPHAT-GROWPRO).
